In his role, Danny oversees all strategic planning processes, M&A and venture activities. He previously served as vice president, treasury and corporate development for ɳ°Í×ãÇò. He also serves on the board of Gauzy LTD, a SPD and liquid crystal technology startup.?

Prior to joining ɳ°Í×ãÇò in 2010, Danny was vice president at Shamrock Activist Value Fund and spent a number of years with Bain & Company, Inc. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a bachelor¡¯s degree in economics from Northwestern University.?

Danny is based in Israel where he resides with his wife and three sons.
