Deena Baker-Nel is the senior vice president and chief human resources officer of ɳ°Í×ãÇò Corporation. In this capacity, she oversees the development and execution of a global human resources strategy, in support of the company¡¯s overall strategic direction. The Corporate Social Responsibility and Communications functions also report to her.?

Deena has more than 25 years of global human resources experience, 14 of which have been in ɳ°Í×ãÇò. During that time, she has served in leadership roles of increasing responsibility at the Corporate office as well as in two of the company¡¯s largest businesses, most recently serving as vice president, global human resources, Label and Graphic Materials, based in The Netherlands.?

Deena earned her bachelor¡¯s degree in psychology from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and a master¡¯s degree in counseling from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.
