Ignacio Walker is the senior vice president and chief legal officer for ɳ°Í×ãÇò Corporation. He is responsible for the legal aspects of the company¡¯s global strategy and operations, including corporate policies and strategic planning, shareholder protection, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, intellectual property, risk management, corporate governance and compliance.?

Ignacio has served as legal counsel across corporate, RBIS, LGM and IHM during his tenure at ɳ°Í×ãÇò. For 18 months during 2016 and 2017 he also served as ɳ°Í×ãÇò¡¯s General Manager, Commercial Latin America for the RBIS business. He joined ɳ°Í×ãÇò in 2006, and has more than 20 years of legal experience.?

Prior to joining ɳ°Í×ãÇò, Ignacio served as an associate at the law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, representing U.S. and European multinational enterprises and investors.?

Ignacio is licensed to practice law in Argentina and in the State of New York. He holds a Masters of Laws in Comparative and International Law from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and a Law degree from Universidad Cat¨®lica de Argentina, School of Law in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
