Pankaj Bhardwaj is vice president and general manager of ɳ°Í×ãÇò Materials Group, Asia, Middle East and Africa. In this role, he is responsible for the region¡¯s overall strategy and meeting its short and long-term business, financial and operating objectives.

Pankaj has more than 12 years of leadership experience with ɳ°Í×ãÇò. His previous position was vice president, marketing, Label and Packaging Materials, Materials Group Asia Pacific, where he built and led a high-growth regional marketing organization and nurtured innovation in the company¡¯s high-value categories, including performance materials and energy storage solutions. Pankaj also held the role of general manager, South Asia, and various commercial positions within the region.

Prior to joining ɳ°Í×ãÇò, Pankaj worked for Asian Paints PPG, 3M and AkzoNobel in progressively challenging capacities. He is a management graduate with prior education in industrial chemistry. He also attended an advanced management program at INSEAD.
